Processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.

AI tools
Your content may be processed using AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT) strictly for:

• transcription

• ideation

• content shaping or refinement
   

Your data is never used to train AI models, and is processed only for your project.

3. Storage & Security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.

• Files may be stored on Google Drive and/or Dropbox

• Files may occasionally be stored temporarily on local devices during editing or upload

• Access is restricted to authorised team members and contractors involved in your project

• Emails, download links, and cloud folders may be used to deliver your content

Despite best efforts, no method of storage or transfer is completely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Studio & Third-Party Providers
When recording in a partner studio:

• Studios operate independently and may have their own privacy or security practices

• We are not responsible for studio-specific storage, backups, or data management

• Any third-party contractors (editors, videographers, designers, admin support) may access your files only as required to deliver services to you

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone
   

5. Retention

• Raw footage and transcripts are retained for 24 months from the date of recording unless otherwise agreed

• Edited deliverables may be retained longer for operational or reference purposes

• After the retention period, files may be securely deleted
   

6. Children & Under-18 Clients
While The Social Brand primarily serves adults and businesses, we may occasionally work with clients under 18.
If so:

• A parent/guardian must provide consent to participate

• We will not use or publish any content featuring minors without written approval

• Additional protections may apply where required by law
   

7. Your Rights
At any time, you may:

• Request access to your personal information

• Ask for corrections to your information

• Opt out of having your logo, testimonial, or content excerpts used in our marketing
